Blackhawk Network ( Canada) Ltd introduces new reloadable prepaid credit card
TORONTO and PLEASANTON, CA-- Blackhawk Network ( Canada) Ltd., a provider of prepaid and financial payments products for consumers and businesses, has launched its PayPower reloadable Visa prepaid cards.
The prepaid cards are issued by All Trans Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. and managed in Canada by Blackhawk Network ( Canada) Ltd. They are Visa-branded and can be used worldwide wherever Visa cards are accepted including online, at ATMs, in-store and via telephone. Cardholders receive an instant-issued card and a personalized card without the need for a credit check. Features include free card-to-card transfers, online access allowing cardholders to track and monitor spending, and email alerts detailing card activity. The PayPower prepaid card has a $5.95 purchase fee and can be reloaded with a variable load PayPower Reload Pack, which is available for $3.95. With the Reload Pack, consumers can load any amount between $20 and $950, per reload.

PayPower prepaid cards are available on the PayPower website and at Safeway locations throughout Canada (excluding Saskatchewan). Funds do not qualify for insurance by the Canadian Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario.
