Affinity Credit Union chooses instant card issuance solution from Everlink

MARKHAM, ONT.-- Affinity Credit Union – the second largest credit union in Saskatchewan – has committed to deploying Everlink’s Instant Card Issuance (ICI) solution for the on-demand issuance of fully personalized EMV chip debit cards in various branches across the province before the end of 2012.

The solution offers financial institutions the ability to provide customized cards and full personalization of the chip and printing of the cardholder data as defined by the financial institution. It also provides a number of additional security features including the ability to print the cardholder’s picture onto the back of the card and to select their PIN immediately after their card is produced.

“ICI is a first-of-its-kind solution which allows Affinity Credit Union to enhance their brand, offer increased speed and convenience for the replacement of lost and stolen cards and attract new members by providing a personalized cardholder experience,” says Everlink President Mark Ripplinger.

“Everlink’s ICI solution will assist Affinity Credit Union in meeting the changing needs of our membership today and in the future.” says Serese Selanders, VP Sales and Development for Affinity Credit Union.

Affinity Credit Union is the 10th largest union in Canada with $2.8 billion in managed assets and a network of 44 branches across Saskatchewan.
