Moneris to provide online services at Birks.com
MONTREAL--Birks, Canada's luxury jewellery brand, designer and manufacturer of fine jewellery, timepieces, sterling silverware and gifts, has signed on withMoneris Solutions to provide the Birks website, Birks.com, with the Interac Online service. This will allow Birks' internet customers to pay for their purchases directly from their bank accounts.

Interac Online is integrated with the client's existing and trusted online bank account. Transactions are authorized within the client's online banking website so that personal financial information like a card number is never disclosed to Birks, the merchant, or to any third party.
