3 Point Alliance expands into Canada
CANADA--3 Point Alliance is now offering its full suite of services to all Canadian businesses and operating centres with IBM/NCR sorting and imaging equipment.
The company, which provides customized solutions in remittance processing, maintenance, business continuity and financing, will initially focus efforts in maintenance offering the first non-OEM option for banks and financial institutions for both NCR and IBM equipment. The Qwinstar division of 3 Point Alliance has been providing maintenance services to banks and financial institutions in the United States for over 30 years.
“Maintenance is core to our business, it is one of our areas of expertise and we will be providing maintenance for all NCR and IBM equipment for as long as our clients rely on their technology to run their processing environments,” said Richard Daidone, president of 3 Point Alliance. Along with maintenance, the company offers an extensive inventory of parts, ink and fluid.
“We are proud to expand our services to Canada. With a presence in Toronto, we are able to provide competitive services to major financial institutions, utilities, cable providers and other corporations who are based in Canada,” said Norman Grunberg, president of 3 Point Alliance. “Our focus on customer service and ability to customize all of our services to a client’s processing environment means we offer solutions to our clients that can be custom-built to meet any need without the traditional hassles of transition.”
